Australian Grown Coffee at Byron Bay

Our aim is to produce a unique and memorable Arabica coffee.

To achieve this, we adhere to the traditional natural methods of coffee growing and processing, without the use of pesticides or herbicides.

At Ewingsdale Coffee Estate, we hand pick the fruit. Our beans are slightly fermented in rain water before being sun dried . The beans are matured it in their parchment for at least twelve months to achieve maximum flavour.
